Thailand Non-Immigrant “B” (Business) Visa
The Non-Immigrant “B” Visa is the standard visa for foreigners who wish to work, conduct business, or establish a company in Thailand. Applications must be submitted at a Royal Thai Embassy or Royal Thai Consulate outside Thailand.
There are two main types:
-
90-Day Single-Entry Visa – Used for starting employment or business activities and applying for a work permit.
-
1-Year Multiple-Entry Visa – Allows multiple entries with stays of up to 90 days per visit.
If you plan to work in Thailand, your employer must sponsor your visa and apply for your work permit through the Department of Employment under the Ministry of Labour. After receiving the work permit, you may apply for a 1-year extension of stay at the Thai Immigration Bureau.
Proper documentation and company sponsorship are essential for a smooth and compliant application process.
Work Permit
If you have already entered Thailand with a 90-Day Non-Immigrant B Visa, you are eligible to apply for your Thailand Work Permit immediately. Our team provides complete assistance to ensure your work permit application is processed smoothly, legally, and before your initial 90-day stay expires.
Step 1: Document Preparation
We coordinate directly with your Thai employer to prepare all required company documents while guiding you on personal documentation, including passport copies, medical certificate, educational certificates, and signed application forms. Proper preparation is essential to avoid delays or rejection.
Step 2: Work Permit Submission
The application is submitted to the Department of Employment under the Ministry of Labour. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the province and completeness of documents.
Step 3: Work Permit Approval
Once approved, you will receive your official Thai work permit, legally authorizing you to begin employment in Thailand. You may only start working after the permit has been issued.
